SLP Interim Permit and Licensure Fee Schedule

WA Interim Permit is valid for one year. The WA DoH does not appear to have a statement regarding how long post-graduation you must complete the interim permit year. The Interim Permit application (page 3 of 4) simply requires that you have a master’s degree–no time constraint is listed on how recent it must be.
